Screen Micro Distributor's(Screen MD) will be given a specific exclusive territory where you(or your group) sells Screen Hair Care and T-Spatium Skin Care Products directly to Salons and Spas. Products will ship directly to your client from our automated warehouse and processing center. This no-inventory business allows ambitious sales people to go into business for themselves.
You'll plan your day, work your leads, and generate the sales. We facilitate all the transaction process and logistics for you.

Requirements to become a Screen MD!
- 5 years previous outside sales experience
- Sales experience selling professional hair care and hair color products
- Relationships developed in your territory
- Cosmetology license or beauty background
- Great Attitude, Perseverance and Relationship Skills!
- Extremely Self-motivated!
- Current Technology literacy and a willingness to embrace technology further!
- And a Drive to make huge money!

Regional Technical Directors
Regional Technical Directors will serve as our Artistic Team for trade shows and conduct educational classes, develop training agendas and materials, and recruit technical designers. One of these Directors will specialize in Color. This position involves direct interaction with salons and stylists, as well as Screen Italy's artistic team, to take new trends and cuts to the stylists and is prime for a high-energy, high-expectation, resourceful and goal-and-team-oriented individual.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Italian Artistic team to create a consistent global vision for Screen.
- Develop new artistic educational/business formats as well as update ongoing programs to meet the needs of the company.
- Recruit, train and manage field designers.
- Conduct educational classes at salons and with field educators, outside reps and stylists.
- Create demonstrations that boost sales by educating Salon on selling and merchandising.
- Create scripting for educational videos and web casting forums.
- Develop Train the Trainer programs and sessions to support major initiatives.
- Coordinate established training courses with technical and professional courses.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years experience in the professional salon industry with a background in education development and must be a qualified hairdresser
- Strong educational technical writing and formatting skills
- Understanding of cutting and styling processes
- Excellent organizational skills, must be self-motivated
- Strong ability to sell, present and persuade on stage
- Team player, experience in working cross-functionally
- Availability and willingness to travel both nationally and internationally
The Technical Directors will be dispersed geographically to reduce travel costs.
Designers
Young, energetic stylists working in a salon, desiring to be part of an elite education TEAM, will be educated in the Italian way from our Technical Directors.
