Directions
After rinsing out the Biotech Perm, apply 2/3 of the Biotech Neutralizer to each curler. Leave on for 5 minutes. Gently unwrap the curlers and apply the remaining neutralizer. Leave on for another 5 min. (Do not use heat sources). Rinse thoroughly for 5 min. Apply a conditioner or hair mask and rinse.

You want curly or wavy hair thanks to a versatile and delicate perm.
