Wash the hair with New Life Pro Pre-treatment Shampoo. Spray Porosity Equalizer onto the lengths. Wrap damp hair around curlers. Saturate with Permaholic Biotech Perm. Cover with a cap and leave on for 5 to 20 min. (Do not use heat sources). Rinse thoroughly. Blot the curlers. Proceed with the neutralizer.
